CARB Clean Truck Check Testing

KTS Diesel Is a Credentialed CARB Clean Truck Check Testing Provider

If your fleet operates vehicles subject to Clean Truck Check requirements, compliance is not optional, and finding a qualified, credentialed testing provider who can run your inspections cleanly and efficiently matters.

KTS Diesel is an authorized testing provider for the CARB Clean Truck Check program. We conduct official emissions compliance testing for commercial diesel fleets operating throughout Phoenix, Chandler, and surrounding Arizona routes.

Our testing services are straightforward, professionally executed, and built around one goal: getting compliant trucks through the process efficiently.

This Is a Testing Service. Full Stop.

Our Clean Truck Check appointments are for one purpose only: conducting official CARB-compliant emissions testing on vehicles that are already in compliance.

This service does not include diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, clearing fault codes, or attempting to help a truck pass testing.

We do not guarantee passing results. Passing is determined entirely by the vehicle’s compliance status at the time of testing.

IMPORTANT: READ BEFORE SCHEDULING

If your truck has an active check engine light, emissions fault, DEF warning, DPF issue, or derate condition, it will fail testing.

Do not schedule that truck for a testing appointment.

Repairs must be completed separately before testing is booked.

This Is Not a Diagnostic or Repair Appointment

KTS Diesel does not diagnose, troubleshoot, or repair vehicles during Clean Truck Check appointments.

We test vehicles that are already compliant and test-ready.

Testing appointments are for compliant, test-ready vehicles only.

What Does “Test-Ready” Mean?

Vehicles scheduled for testing should meet the following conditions:

• No active check engine light
• No active emissions codes
• No derates
• Running properly
• Repairs completed and validated
• Vehicle driven after repairs
• DEF system functional
• All readiness monitors complete

Testing and Repairs Are Two Different Services

Repair services and testing services are handled as separate workflows.

A truck requiring diagnostics or repairs must complete that process before being scheduled for Clean Truck Check testing.

Ready to Schedule?

If your trucks meet the test-ready criteria, contact KTS Diesel to schedule your testing appointment.

Testing windows are reserved for compliant vehicles only.
